Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Net
  Suite, including user access, roles, permissions, and security configurations .
• Configure Net
  Suite modules to support business needs across Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, and Reporting .
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions , and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and Suite
  Scripts to streamline and automate business processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with Net
  Suite Support or internal IT teams to resolve problems.
• Ensure data integrity through routine audits, validations, and reconciliations.
• Conduct user training , build documentation, and provide ongoing system support to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts to leverage new Net
  Suite functionality.
• Support and collaborate on process automation and system integrations , reducing manual work and improving operational flow.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and configuring Net
  Suite ERP .
• Strong understanding of Net
  Suite modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory, Procurement).
• Hands-on experience with saved searches, workflows, dashboards, and Suite
  Script is a plus.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with
  - functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
