• Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Net
Suite EDI Specialist to manage, implement, and support EDI integrations between Net
Suite and trading partners. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and
- party EDI providers (e. g. , True
Commerce, SPS Commerce, B2BGateway) to ensure seamless data exchange for purchase orders, invoices, advance ship notices, and other business documents. This is a
- time freelance role, with a strong preference for applicants who can join us at our Cabra Figa office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain EDI integrations between Net
  Suite and external systems/vendors
• Configure and manage EDI mappings for transactions such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, ASN, 810, 850, 856, etc.
• Work with
  - party EDI platforms (e. g. , True
  Commerce, SPS Commerce, Dell Boomi, Celigo) to set up and troubleshoot connections
• Collaborate with business users to gather EDI requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Monitor EDI transaction flows and resolve failures or exceptions in a timely manner
• Perform testing (UAT) and validation of new EDI trading partners or new document types
• Document EDI processes, mappings, and procedures for internal and external use
• Ensure compliance with partner requirements, industry standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), and company policies
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams regarding EDI functionality in Net
  Suite

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years working with EDI integrations; at least 2 years with Net
  Suite
• Strong understanding of Net
  Suite ERP modules (Orders, Inventory, Procurement, Invoicing)
• Hands-on experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and transaction sets (850, 810, 856, etc. )
• Familiarity with integration tools (Celigo, Dell Boomi, Mule
  Soft, True
  Commerce, SPS Commerce)
• Proficiency in Suite
  Script (1. 0/2. 0), Suite
  Talk (SOAP/REST web services), and saved searches is a plus
• Strong
  - solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• Full English fluency

Preferred Skills

• Net
  Suite Suite
  Foundation or ERP Consultant Certification
• Experience with API-based integrations alongside EDI
• Background in supply chain, wholesale distribution, retail, or manufacturing industries
• SQL knowledge for data analysis
