Network & Systems Support Engineer
An exciting opportunity for a
Technical Support Specialist
to join a
- growing international payments platform, helping leading hospitality brands worldwide. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for solving complex issues while providing excellent customer service.
What you'll do
Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues remotely, escalating when necessary.
Perform operational assessments, root cause analysis, and diagnostic testing.
Support multiple platforms and ensure smooth operations for global customers.
Work closely with technical and
- technical users to deliver timely solutions.
What we're looking for
Fluent English (C1), with German, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese as a plus.
Strong technical background in networking (TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, MAN & LAN).
Hands-on experience with wireless networks x) and hardware configuration.
Excellent
- solving and customer communication skills.
Relevant certifications (Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, etc. ) and/or a degree in IT/Engineering.
