And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** • 5+ years of experience focused on network support, configuration, and implementation • 5+ years of experience in core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls • Networking and security architecture and engineering support experience across local and regional domains • Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision. Proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting. . Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations. . Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana) and observability frameworks. . Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Major Incident Management). . **Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)** and good English for technical documentation. . **Availability for hybrid work model** (on-site at client facilities and remote). **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience** . Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) deployment and data center experience . Experience with design and implementing Software Defined Network (SDN) and large complex networks .
