We are looking for a: NETWORK ANALYST (NATO)
ON-SITE: Brussels, Belgium
** Mandatory to speak Portuguese and English **

Plexus. Tech provides a wide range of specialist services to military and security institutions (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) We provide our clients with professional services, specialised aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational subject matter expertise. We are currently seeking personnel to join our team and provide support for crucial client projects.
> Role Duties And Responsibilities?
- Network Support: Provide first and
- line network support to the Service Centre, resolving network incidents and issues as they arise. - System Installation and Configuration: Install, replace, modify, and configure network systems, ensuring proper setup and integration.
- Monitoring: Proactively monitor network systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network systems.
- System Security: Operate Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) systems to support client installations, moves, and changes, ensuring security compliance.
- Incident Management: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network issues through systematic approaches.
- Network Improvements: Propose and implement improvements to network systems based on performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external providers for fault rectification and improvement activities.
- Security and Testing: Assist in security assessments, network infrastructure validation, and acceptance testing.
- Operational Support: Occasionally provide support outside regular business hours as needed.
> Mandatory Skills And Experience?
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
- Support experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems.
- Knowledge of Access Layer, Core Layer, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine.
- Experience supporting and implementing wireless network systems.
- Knowledge of firewall systems.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Cisco Prime, Cisco CCC, and Zabbix.
- Experience in
- tenancy network environments (VDC/VRF) and multicast network technologies. - Experience using Splunk for network monitoring.
- Some experience with network load balancing techniques.
-> Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of VMWare virtual network systems.
- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates.
- ITIL certification in Service Operations.
- Experience in an international environment involving both military and civilian elements.
-> Soft Skills:
- Strong written and spoken English
> Language Proficiency?
- The work of the NCIA is conducted in English.
- A diversity of language skills is desirable.
