What we are looking for

• 1 year of experience as a Network Analyst;
• Monitor and track the performance of operations in order to ensure the quality of the
  -
  - end service provided;
• Identify x
  POS equipment that does not meet the minimum network requirements;
• Monitor the current state of hardware components and terminals, identifying failures or the need for updates to ensure their operability;
• Manage the operation of the x
  POS network, i. e. , ensure maximum resilience of the x
  POS network;
• Assist in the analysis of the critical functionalities of operational support systems, providing insights to ensure scalability and flexibility;
• Identify, create, and monitor evolutions (EVs) together with the development teams;
• Contacts/meetings with merchants (coverage / Qo
  S / network blocks), open communications (MB Way without inquiries – network blocks), communicate best practices and coordinate
  - field tests, follow up on rollouts;
• Contacts/meetings with manufacturers (coverage / Qo
  S), report failures and indicators; make intervention requests (ad-hoc), define/follow up on action plans for the development of new software versions or intervention requests, follow up on rollouts (coverage);
• Contacts/meetings with EAT (follow-up meetings on service quality and rollout topics);
• Fluency in English (minimum B2);

Requirements

• Ability to identify and question the accuracy and relevance of the observed information, being able to detect trends, patterns, and anomalies;
• Ability to analyze the relationships between the different parts of a situation, establishing causal links, particularly at the level of operational support systems;
• Must have a deep understanding of the specifications, operation, and technical requirements of x
  TM systems, as well as the DGR business;
• Ability to use and have
  - depth knowledge of tools that support data management and analysis, namely Excel, Access, and Power BI;
• Ability to manage incidents completely autonomously, considering all information and acting appropriately according to the incidents identified.
