We offer professional services, aerospace and defense sales, delivery, and operational expertise. We are seeking personnel to support crucial client projects. Role Duties and Responsibilities
Provide first and
- line network support, resolving incidents and issues. Install, replace, modify, and configure network systems. Proactively monitor network systems to identify and address issues. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) systems to support security compliance. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network issues systematically. Propose and implement network improvements based on performance analysis. Collaborate with internal and external providers for fault rectification and improvements. Assist in security assessments, infrastructure validation, and acceptance testing. Provide operational support outside regular hours as needed. Mandatory Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Support experience with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems. Knowledge of access and core network layers, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine. Support and implement wireless network systems. Knowledge of firewall systems. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Cisco Prime, Cisco CCC, Zabbix). Experience in
- tenancy environments (VDC/VRF) and multicast technologies. Experience with Splunk for network monitoring. Some experience with load balancing techniques. Nice to Have
Knowledge of VMWare virtual networks. Understanding of PKI certificates. ITIL certification in Service Operations. Experience in international military and civilian environments. Soft Skills
Strong written and spoken English skills. Additional language skills are desirable. Specific Working Conditions
