Job Title: Network and Security Operations Engineer

Contract duration: 6-12 months contract

Location: Portugal ONLY, remote working available within Portugal, with occasional travel to Coimbra or Castelo Branco offices as needed.

Experience range: 3-5 years

Job Description:

1. Fortinet NSE4 certification with at least 5 years of experience - upgrading firewall clusters, changing firewall policies, implementing IPSEC and SSL, and making packet captures using the firewall CLI.
2. Cisco CCNP certification with at least 5 years of experience - upgrading stacked switches, rolling out VTP, troubleshooting L2 issues, and adjusting
   - lists remotely.
3. Cisco DNA - experience working with Cisco DNA to manage Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Wireless Access Points, and Cisco Switches.
4. Experienced in working with incident and change procedures via ITIL4 change management concepts.
5. Highly experienced in working with Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless technology, Firewalls, and Security terminology.
6. Experience in automation using API and EEM Script.
7. Experience with Zscaler technology is a plus.
