- Network Installation and Support: Install, configure and support network environments using technologies like Extreme Networks, Cisco, and Fortinet.
- Firewall Management: Install, configure and support firewalls, including Fortigate and Cisco, to protect network infrastructure.
- Design and Administration: Design, implement and administer customer network environments, ensuring high availability, performance and resilience.
- Second-Level IT Support: Provide 2nd Level IT Support for local field services, troubleshooting complex network issues and maintaining seamless operations.
- Network Monitoring and Administration: Monitor and administer local network environments, optimizing performance and ensuring security.
- Incident Management: Manage, document and resolve incidents using the Jira ticketing system.
- Network Optimization and Upgrades: Assess network performance and implement upgrades, including firmware updates and hardware replacements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation and generate regular reports on network performance.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for network infrastructure.
- Network Audit and Compliance Checks: Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- International Team Collaboration: Collaborate with an international IT team on

- You hold certifications for network devices such as CISCO-CCNA, Fortinet, or Extreme Certified Associate.
- You possess more than 3 years of experience as a network engineer.
- You have more than 3 years of experience working in an international team as a network engineer.
- Your background includes experience in the administration of phone systems (not required but advantageous).
- You have a strong understanding of centrally managed network systems and environments.
- Your strength lies in your technical documentation skills.
- You are proficient in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
