Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
• Good knowledge of networking components such as routers, modems, adapters, switches, and servers
• Ability to stay updated with the latest developments related to these components
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• In-depth understanding of communication technologies, applications, and telecommunications systems

Must Have

• Proven skills and experience in assessing customer network needs
• Experience and training in solving network issues
• Experience in network design and data systems
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of scripting and programming routines
• Experience in network automation
• Preferred experience in administration of Juniper firewalls, Extreme networks/Extreme Netsight, Juniper Space, TACACS
• Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency
• Availability to work in the office twice a week
