Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
• Good understanding of networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers
• Ability to stay updated with the latest developments in networking technology
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Understanding of communication technologies and telecommunications systems

Requirements

• Proven skills in monitoring customer network environments and resolving network issues
• Experience in network design and data systems
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of scripting and programming routines
• Experience in network automation
• Optional experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme Networks/Extreme Netsight, Juniper space, tacacs
• Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Work Visa / Residency
• Availability to work from the office twice a week
