? Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week
- site in Braga, Portugal

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, including ticket resolution and technical implementations.
• Participate in
  - call rotations to ensure 24/7 network reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain network stability and security.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IP networking and security protocols.
• CCNA certification (minimum requirement).
• 5+ years of experience in networking and security roles.
• Professional English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Availability to work
  - site in Braga twice a week.
