Role Overview:

We are looking for a Network Engineer to integrate one of our clients, a leading global telecommunications provider, in a project focused on the rollout and support of FTTH networks using GPON technology.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for supporting the rollout and maintenance of a GPON-based FTTH project, reporting directly to the Technical Director. Your tasks include configuring and troubleshooting OLT equipment, managing design document workflows, planning HLD/LLD deliverables, and monitoring field execution. You will ensure project milestones and quality standards are met, proactively engage with stakeholders, and provide technical support for remote/local equipment configuration and issue resolution.

What you are like:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
• Solid knowledge of GPON and IP technologies;
• Experience in FTTH equipment configuration, especially OLT equipment.
• Proficient with Network Management Systems (NMS);
• Hands-on experience in the installation and configuration of network devices and services (e. g. , servers, LAN switches, IP routers);
• Proactive and
  - oriented, with the ability to meet strict project deadlines;
• Comfortable working under pressure in dynamic environments;
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
