Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
• Good knowledge of networking components such as routers, modems, adapters, switches, and servers
• Ability to stay updated with the latest developments in these components
• Skills to troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• In-depth understanding of communication technologies and telecommunications systems

Must Have

• Proven skills to assess customer network needs
• Experience in solving network issues
• Training in network design and data systems
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of scripting and programming routines
• Experience in network automation
• Optional experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme Networks/Netsight, Juniper Space, TACACS
• Strong English proficiency
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Residency
• Availability to work from the office twice a week
