Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
• Good knowledge of networking components such as routers, modems, adapters, switches, and servers
• Ability to stay updated with the latest developments related to these components
• Troubleshooting network connectivity problems
• Understanding of communication technologies and telecommunications systems

Must Have

• Proven skills and experience in monitoring customer network environments
• Experience in resolving network issues
• Training in network design and data systems
• Project management skills
• Scripting and programming knowledge
• Experience in network automation
• Optional experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme Networks/Netsight, Juniper Space, TACACS
• Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese work visa/residency
• Availability to work in the office twice a week
