Responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of computer operations, security, and network systems
Good knowledge of networking components such as routers, modems, adaptors, switches, and servers
Stay updated with the latest developments in networking components
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Understand communication technologies and telecommunications systems

Requirements

Proven skills in addressing customer network needs
Experience in solving network issues
Training in network design and data systems
Project management skills
Scripting and programming knowledge
Network automation experience
Experience with Juniper firewalls, Extreme Networks/Netsight, Juniper Space, Tacacs (preferred)
Proficiency in English
EU citizenship or Portuguese work/residency permit
Availability to work
