YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveNetwork Operations Engineerwith expertise in Cisco technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. This role involves working with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment in a
- paced,
- critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues.
• Configure and maintain Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers).
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
• Perform routine network maintenance and apply firmware/software updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Previous experience in network operations or network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and protocols (e. g. , BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP).
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e. g. , Solar
  Winds, Cisco Prime).
• Familiarity with network security principles and firewall configurations.
• Cisco certifications such asCCNAorCCNPare highly preferred.
