Network Operator Junior
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for enterprise networks in a
- sales context. - Handle all fault tickets and configuration requests.
- Support field technicians, assisting in diagnosing and resolving network issues.
- Manage and maintain the team’s shared email inbox in an organized and efficient manner.
Profile:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Network Operator.
- Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching (Cisco) and IPv4/IPv6 protocols.
- Experience with ADSL technology.
- Basic understanding of GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Availability to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Comp
TIA Network+, or specializations in telecommunications are a plus. - Location: Lisboa.
- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
