Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for enterprise networks in a
  - sales context.
• Handle all fault tickets and configuration requests.
• Support field technicians, assisting in diagnosing and resolving network issues.
• Manage and maintain the team’s shared email inbox in an organized and efficient manner.

Profile:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Network Operator.
• Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching (Cisco) and IPv4/IPv6 protocols.
• Experience with ADSL technology.
• Basic understanding of GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Availability to work in 24/7 shifts.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Comp
  TIA Network+, or specializations in telecommunications are a plus.
• Location: Lisboa.
• Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office).
