How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Implement best Network Post Launch optimisation practices to improve Europe-wide wireless networks.
• Contribute to strategic decisions within your professional area.
• Solve complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and judgment.
• Act as a subject matter expert, provide guidance to customers, and share knowledge within Nokia's internal community.
• Consult and optimize customer networks, perform root cause analysis to support customers across Europe.

Key Skills And Experience

Your skills and experience include:

• Strong understanding of 5G FR1 NSA/SA, 5G FR2, and LTE architecture, with exposure to Nokia SW releases from 23R1 onwards.
• In-depth knowledge of Nokia RRM, features, and parameters.
• Experience with 5G & LTE End-to-End optimization projects.
• Ability to analyze Nokia internal syslogs, e
  NB/g
  NB logs, EMIL, TTI Traces for troubleshooting and R&D analysis.
• Proficiency with logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalents.
• Understanding of National Benchmarking methodologies (Umlaut, ARCEP, etc. ) and optimization.
• Good communication and
  - solving skills; ability to work remotely with international teams.

Preferred additional qualifications:

• Nokia Certified Solutions Specialist in Network Performance Services - 5G Radio Network Optimization.
• Nokia ORAN/VRAN experience.
• Experience with multivendor environments (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE) including KPI and feature mapping.
• Familiarity with tools like ATOLL, RNP9955, ACTIX, NEMO, NETACT OSS, Plan Editor, Wireshark, LTE PAT.
