We are looking for a Network Security Engineer for a hybrid project in Porto (2x/week in the office).

Responsibilities :

1. Ensure operational maintenance of security infrastructures focusing on quality, productivity, and security (Run).
2. Conduct diagnostics to identify malfunctions and flow blockages.
3. Implement and maintain security policies on security equipment.
4. Propose solutions to improve security policies.
5. Define and implement best practices for managing security policies.
6. Provide expertise, advice, assistance, training, and alerts regarding network security.
7. Interface with experts from other domains and verify compliance with standards (IT security, quality, etc. ).
8. Ensure service quality in line with SLAs within the area of responsibility.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience with network segmentation technologies on traditional firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc. ).
• Experience coding security rules in Firewall (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc. ).
• Experience in an IT production environment (requests, incidents, changes, documentation, etc. ).
• English Level B2 (mandatory).
• Living in Portugal (mandatory).
