As a Network Service Delivery Manager You Will

• Oversee the delivery of network services, ensuring they meet SLAs and user expectations.
• Work closely with network engineers, administrators, and other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with external vendors to procure and manage network services and hardware.
• Monitor and report on the performance of network services, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage
  - related incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service delivery processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on service performance and improvement initiatives.
• Manage the budget for network services, ensuring
  - effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, network management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership and project management capabilities.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (e. g. , ITIL).
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Understanding of network security practices and tools.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
