We are looking for an experienced Network Expert to join our client’s IT infrastructure team.

This is a non-mutualised position, providing additional expertise and operational support to internal stakeholders and legacy customers.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring network stability, performance, and security across a complex,
- environment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco or equivalent network devices
• Ensure network availability, performance, and security
• Manage firewall rules, ACLs, and VPNs for secure access and data protection
• Work with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF protocols
• Support and optimize load balancing solutions (F5 experience is a plus)
• Automate network tasks using Power
  Shell, Java
  Script, or Lotus
  Script
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
• Collaborate with Wintel, Unix, Backup, and Security teams, as well as business stakeholders

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in network administration or engineering roles
• Expert-level knowledge of Cisco (or equivalent) equipment
• Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting
• Scripting experience (Power
  Shell, Java
  Script, Lotus
  Script)
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Network+ are advantageous
