We’re looking for a Networking Engineer to join our team in Lisbon!

The ideal candidate will maintain and improve our network infrastructure while helping design its
- generation architecture. You will optimize performance, enhance security, and integrate network best practices into Kubernetes-based environments. Strong skills in Linux, Windows, and IP networking are essential. We seek professionals who enjoy a mix of operations, troubleshooting, and network/Kubernetes
- architecture in a global setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and optimize complex global networks supporting 90+ countries.
• Configure and support VPNs (IPSEC, SSL) and manage more than 200 IPSEC tunnels in Check
  Point environments.
• Work on network
  - architecture projects, transforming and modernizing firewall and routing infrastructures.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across
  - vendor firewalls and VPN setups.
• Collaborate closely with telecom operators worldwide to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis

Tech you will work with:

• Firewalls: Check

  A), Fortinet
• VPNs: IPSEC, SSL
• Routing: PBR
• Operating Systems: Linux (big plus!)
• Cloud-Native: Kubernetes (configuration, implementation, automation)
• Cloud: Open
  Stack, Azure, AWS, GCP — understanding of cloud networking, VPCs/VNets, security groups, routing, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity.
