The Smart Grid Operations of the E-Redes Networks Platform, whose mission is to manage the execution of service orders and investment works related to the installation and maintenance of smart grid assets, and supervise the work carried out by PSE, aiming to ensure the quality of the services provided, is looking to strengthen its team in the Operations area - Lisboa:

What you will do:

• Carry out operations in the commercial system JUMP, coordinating and monitoring the execution of service orders and counts;
• Operate in the JUMP Asset Management system, related to opening/budgeting of totalizer and DTC works;
• Parameterize BTE/MT metering equipment;
• Perform technical control and data processing in JUMP Commercial;
• Verify and resolve Service Orders, including BTE/MT, connection/disconnection, and communication anomalies of BTE/MT/IP and PTDs within 20 days;
• Analyze and respond to commercial complaints.

What are we looking for:

• Education: 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Electrical Installations Technician, Electrical Networks Technician, Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas;
• Professional experience: 2 to 5 years in operational technical roles;
• Basic computer skills: Windows and Office tools;
• Driving license and willingness to travel frequently;
• Core skills: Safety, Environment and Quality commitment, Collaboration, Networking, Problem Solving, Customer Focus, Analytical Skills, Rigor, and Attention to Detail.
