About This Role
The New Accounts Analyst reviews documentation provided by the sales team, ensures compliance with Due Diligence procedures, and verifies information for regulatory approval. The role involves supporting the sales team to maximize registrations efficiently and accurately. It also includes being the main contact for supporting agents, collecting competitor information, and providing updates to support company growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and Approval of Applications: Assess applications submitted by the commercial team, ensuring all criteria are met before approval.
- Onboarding and System Setup for New Agents: Configure new agents in the system
- licensing, ensuring accurate information entry. - Support for the Commercial Team: Help meet monthly targets by providing guidance and troubleshooting.
- Handling Regulatory Requests: Respond to regulator inquiries with required documentation.
- Creating User Accounts for Agents: Ensure documentation is complete before account creation requests.
- Managing Bank Account Updates: Oversee and process bank detail changes, ensuring compliance.
- Issuing YBKs: Generate and deliver YBKs for new agents as needed.
- Unblocking Client Accounts: Validate documentation for unblocking accounts.
- Customer Support Calls: Assist clients with account issues.

Position Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- English required; third language is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
