Algarve Care Services is seeking a proactive New Client Generator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Generating and nurturing new client leads – from first contact to onboarding.
• Building partnerships with local services and community organisations.
• Managing CRM pipelines to meet company KPIs and growth targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written).
• Confident with Microsoft Office, Google Suite & other CRM systems.
• Excellent communicator – organised, empathetic, and
  - motivated with drive and determination.
• Full driving licence and ability to work independently (home &
  - based).

Good to Have (But Not Essential)

• Experience in sales, marketing or client relationship management.
• Background in healthcare, social care or home support.
• Knowledge of the Algarve community and referral networks.
