Your key responsibilities
As a Consultant, in our People Consulting team, you will be part of multiple projects that require you to give the best advice to our clients using your knowledge and experience to provide the best outcomes. The job description is the following one:
- Develop various HR strategic projects’ for multiple clients;
- Design and implementing HR operating models and organizational structures;
- Improve HR process efficiency and manage people risks;
- Advise organizations on a range of
- related challenges; - Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches;
- Creating innovative and proportionate insights for our clients, adapting methods and practices to fit their business needs;
- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.

- Qualifications:
- Academic education in Human Resources Management or similar fields of study;
- 0-2 years of experience in Organisational Change Management, Organisational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions;
- Ability to think out of the box and create multidisciplinary solutions;
- Full English Proficiency;
