Overview

New Graduate position in EY Parthenon – Fixed Assets, Lisbon. EY has a leading real estate practice and offers mentorship, formal learning, and working on diverse projects within a globally connected environment. This role supports the Fixed Assets team in strategic and operational activities, with opportunities to develop leadership and technical skills through EY’s coaching and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fixed Assets team in strategic and operational activities.
• Participate in physical inspections, asset inventories, valuations, and useful life analysis.
• Support asset valuation in industrial plants or utilities companies.
• Help prepare commercial presentations and draft reports.
• Contribute to maintenance plans advisory and optimization.
• Assist in using digital tools for data collection and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Strategy and Transactions, as well as the broader EY team to support service delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in fixed asset management, industrial asset valuation, maintenance plans, data intelligence, or IT systems.
• Proficiency in Power
  Point and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and tackle complex problems.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
