The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

We are looking for a New Graduate to join our Fixed Assets team in our Lisbon office. EY has a leading real estate practice where we tackle complex issues in fixed asset management. You will have the chance to work on various projects, receive mentorship, and engage in formal learning. This is how we nurture outstanding leaders who collaborate to deliver on our promises to stakeholders and play a vital role in building a better working world for our people, clients, and communities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist our Fixed Assets team in strategic and operational activities.
• Participate in physical inspections, asset inventories, valuations, and useful life analysis.
• Support asset valuation in industrial plants or utilities companies.
• Help prepare commercial presentations and draft reports.
• Contribute to maintenance plans advisory and optimization.
• Assist in using digital tools for data collection and statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Strategy and Transactions, as well as the broader EY team to support service delivery outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• A strong interest in fixed asset management, industrial asset valuation, maintenance plans, data intelligence, or IT systems.
• Proficiency in Power
  Point and Excel.
• A willingness to learn and tackle complex problems.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
