We are looking for a New Graduate to join our Real Estate team in our Lisbon office. EY has a leading real estate practice where we tackle complex challenges in the real estate sector. You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, receive mentorship, and engage in formal learning. Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist the team in helping clients make informed business and strategic decisions related to real estate.
• Participate in strategic and operational discussions, supporting management in acquisition processes and conducting valuations for strategic analysis, particularly in commercial real estate.
• Conduct investment analysis and feasibility studies.
• Engage in market research and sensitivity analysis.
• Support property valuations for accounting, transaction, or insurance purposes.
• Participate in transaction diligence (buy-side and
  - side), including lender diligence and urban and technical due diligence.
• Collaborate with our M&A team on asset and share deals, as well as fundraising efforts.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• A strong interest in commercial real estate, acquisition due diligence, real estate valuation, feasibility studies, or market research.
• Proficiency in Power
  Point and Excel.
• A willingness to learn and tackle complex problems in the real estate sector.
• Previous experience or internships in real estate consulting or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
