We are seeking an enthusiastic junior professional to join our Strategy & Execution (S&E) team. This is an excellent opportunity to

As a junior member of the (S&E) team you will be involved in a variety of key tasks. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to analyze trends and identify potential opportunities for transactions. You will assist in the evaluation of financial data and performance metrics to support transaction assessments. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior team members to help develop transaction strategies that align with client objectives. Participation in the due diligence process will also be part of your role, where you will gather and organize relevant information and documentation. You will support the coordination of project activities and timelines to ensure smooth execution of transactions and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain

• Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • The ability to link the existing Business Operating model and the IT landscape
  • Understand how Cyber Security principals how it support the business
  • Have critical mindset based on the business under assessment
  • Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • The ability to make detailed assessments of technology, operations or manufacturing infrastructure.
  • The ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts.
  • The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop
    - lasting relationships both internally and externally
