The opportunity

EY’s International Transaction Tax services (ITTS) practice works with multinational and domestic entities to design transaction strategies that meet business, operational and financial objectives. The ITTS practice is a trusted adviser to corporate and private equity clients on services including mergers and acquisitions, integrations, internal restructurings, divestitures and capital markets transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate in transfer pricing projects as a junior member of the team.
• Economic analysis of the activities of clients and the industries in which they operate.
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for tax purposes.
• Contribute to the implementation, improvement and development of technical projects related to transfer pricing.
• Apply transfer pricing concepts and economic/financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
• Prepare documents and assist in defending transfer pricing in audits.
• Model financial outcomes, value intangible assets and develop practical planning approaches.
• Stay abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client’s business.
• Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge.
• Contribute to the team’s productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result.

Qualifications

• English: at least B2 level.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Management.

• Immediate availability.
• Location: Porto.
