What You’ll Do

- Connect with clients by phone and email to keep accounts on track.

- Record and process payments, making sure details are accurate.

- Solve problems, reconcile accounts, and keep clear records.

- Support monthly reporting and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Confident English speaker (written and spoken).

- Comfortable communicating with people and following up on tasks.

- Good with numbers and detail—any finance, admin, or
- service experience is a plus but not required.

- Basic computer skills (Excel or similar).

(If you’ve worked in finance, collections, or accounts receivable, that’s great - but it’s not a must. We’ll teach you what you need. )
