What You’ll Do

Connect with clients by phone and email to keep accounts on track.

Record and process payments, making sure details are accurate.

Solve problems, reconcile accounts, and keep clear records.

Support monthly reporting and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Confident English speaker (written and spoken).

Comfortable communicating with people and following up on tasks.

Good with numbers and detail—any finance, admin, or
- service experience is a plus but not required.

Basic computer skills (Excel or similar).

(If you’ve worked in finance, collections, or accounts receivable, that’s great - but it’s not a must. We’ll teach you what you need. )
