What You'll Do

• Connect with clients by phone and email to keep accounts on track.
• Record and process payments, making sure details are accurate.
• Solve problems, reconcile accounts, and keep clear records.
• Support monthly reporting and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Confident English speaker (written and spoken).
• Comfortable communicating with people and following up on tasks.
• Good with numbers and detail—any finance, admin, or
  - service experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Excel or similar).

(If you've worked in finance, collections, or accounts receivable, that's great - but it's not a must. We'll teach you what you need. )
