Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of leased and owned assets. Reporting to the Corporate Head of Real Estate Portfolio Strategy and Transactions, this role ensures alignment with corporate real estate strategies and manages business cases for transactions. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead the strategic management of a real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate and business objectives.
- Optimize portfolio performance through financial modeling, risk assessment, and benchmarking.
- Oversee lease transactions, including new leases, renewals, subleases, and terminations.
- Negotiate lease terms to secure favorable conditions for Nokia.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal, procurement, R&D) to align real estate strategies with business needs.
- Prepare reporting and recommendations for senior leadership on real estate strategies.
Key Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years in asset management, corporate real estate, or lease transactions, preferably on the tenant side.
- Strong financial modeling and business case development experience.
- Demonstrated ability in team leading (internal and external collaborators).
- Expertise in lease negotiations and real estate transaction structuring.
