Requirements for success

• Experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of English;
  
  
  
  proficiency in another foreign language is a plus
• Secondary education diploma or relevant professional course (preferred)
• Degree or university qualification in Hotel Management or Tourism (valued)
• Good general culture and knowledge of the hotel location
• Computer skills:
  
  Microsoft Office, Internet, databases, and hotel management applications
• Genuine smile, good appearance, and friendliness
• Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for service
• Professional attitude, autonomy, and initiative
• Ability to work in a team
• Flexibility to work nights and various schedules
• Punctuality, organization, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Reception and shift handover
• Handling cash and PMS entries
• Checking arrivals,
  - up calls, and special requests
• Managing emails and reception communications
• Promoting the hotel's and group's image and services
• Sending the room revenue list for GHA clients departing on the day
• Verifying client charges and accounts
• Controlling hotel billing and credits
