About you:
You are a No-Code Web Developer with a passion for turning ideas into reality through visual development platforms. You're
- oriented, curious, and eager to prototype and iterate quickly. You care about design, user experience, and seamless functionality, and you're ready to work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to bring ideas to life.
You're comfortable working in a
- paced, startup environment and excited about contributing to scalable products that make a real impact.
What's the role:
As a No-Code Web Developer at Rauva, you'll help accelerate our product and marketing initiatives by building and maintaining internal tools, landing pages, forms, and web experiences using platforms like Webflow, Bubble, Glide, or similar. You'll bridge the gap between design and engineering to create responsive, intuitive interfaces and workflows without writing traditional code. You'll also support rapid prototyping, testing hypotheses, and building MVPs for new business ideas.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive websites and internal tools using
- code or
- code platforms (e. g. , Webflow, Framer) - Collaborate with Product and Marketing to implement and iterate on landing pages, lead capture flows, and user experiences
- Maintain SEO best practices and performance across all published assets
- Document and maintain design systems and reusable components
- Participate in product discussions and contribute to UX improvements
- Support internal teams with automation and operational tooling
What's your ideal background?
- 2+ years of experience working with
- code platforms (e. g. , Webflow, Framer) - Strong understanding of web fundamentals: layout, responsive design, accessibility
- Design-savvy, with experience collaborating in tools like Figma
- Ability to work autonomously in a
- paced, iterative environment - Bonus: familiarity with light custom coding (HTML, CSS, Java
Script) or CMS integrations (e. g. , Contentful, Airtable) - Bonus: Experience integrating APIs, automations, and workflows using tools like Zapier or Make
