What you'll be doing:
Monitor security alerts across platforms: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, MDR, CTI, CVM, ITSM
Triage alerts and collect data to escalate incidents to Tier 2
Track sensor/endpoint health and
- reporting log sources
Support use case development and incident management
Identify false positives and assist with SIEM
- tuning
Integrate logs from IT, Cloud, and OT environments
Produce technical documentation and reports
Assist in general cybersecurity tasks as needed
You'll be a great match if you have:
Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR/MDR platforms
Basic knowledge of CTI, CVM, and ITSM tools
Understanding of incident response, alert triage, and false positive handling
Familiarity with log sources, network security, and endpoint telemetry
Comfortable with Windows, Linux, and basic cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
Strong communication and reporting skills
Availability to work on site and perform preventions
