Damovo is seeking a Network Operations Engineer (m/f/d) with expertise in Cisco technologies. Join our agile, collaborative team in an open and diverse environment. Your role will be critical in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our customers' network and UC infrastructures through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical processing and coordination with customers to manage incidents effectively.
2. Remote Managed Service Support Levels 1-3, including initial incident response, corrective actions, escalation, and event reporting.
3. Supporting field service during implementation within remote project support frameworks.
4. Coordinating with service teams to ensure proper alert registration, timely responses, and communication of remediation statuses.
5. Providing operational services for systems operated by Damovo.
6. Creating and maintaining technical documentation related to network and UC systems.
7. Utilizing network monitoring solutions.
8. Focusing on Cisco UC/ICT products and
   - party applications in the operating environment.

Experience and Skills

• Vocational training or equivalent experience, e. g. , as a communications electronics or IT systems technician.
• Basic knowledge of current network and UC technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and good German skills (minimum B1).
• Motivated to gain practical experience with new technologies managing complex systems.
