We are seeking a NOC Manager to join our team in Aveiro (hybrid model). Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a NOC environment with 1 year or more of team leader or manager role experience;
• Strong Linux system administration skills;
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls);
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident response workflows;
• Ability to follow structured operational procedures and escalate appropriately;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Experience with SIP and Vo
  IP technologies;
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred);
• Flexible working hours across multiple time zones;
• Exposure to automation and scripting (e. g. , Bash, Perl, Python) is a plus.
