As part of an internal and international project, we are looking for a NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER technician. Responsabilites:The Team Coordinator we are looking for will join an existing NOC (Network Operation
Center) team responsible of ensuring the proper execution of an incident mananagentprocess of a big telco firm in the Iberian market. For this position, you need tocombine both technical and communicative skills. You will be considered an extensionof a remote operational team located in Europe;You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team to achieve objectives within the telecommunications infrastructure incident management service;Creation of work methods, procedures, and manuals;Ensuring 24-hour customer service delivery;Monitoring schedules;Training of employees;In-person client visits representing the company;Organization of schedules and shifts;Creation and presentation of content for professional support;Management of emails, incidents, and complaints;Technical support in the use and management of applications. Out-of-the-Box thinking is necessary to improve resolution processes;Able to adapt to the team needs. The project is ongoing in several countries and yourhelp might be needed to support (occasionally) them. Daily customer communication;Administrative support for the team in the field. Understanding of the Incident Management process. Skills:3/5 years of experience as a Help Desk Operator - NOC;Responsability and professionalism. Willingness to learn;High level of Portuguese and English are required;High communication skills;Customer first mentality.
