Take over this pivotal leadership role at a
- scaling international tech company that’s committed to innovation and growing its engineering presence in Portugal. As Lead Node. Js Engineer, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build and shape a
- new engineering team from the ground up, leading the delivery of a major new product initiative that will redefine the company’s core offering.

In this role, you’ll mentor engineers, influence the technical direction, and stay
- on with a modern Node. Js stack. You’ll take ownership of the platform’s crucial search functionality — a core piece of the business. As the company transitions from a legacy monolith to a microservices,
- native architecture, you’ll be at the forefront of this largescale modernization effort designed to improve scalability and efficiency.

You will:

Skills / Experience:

• Strong engineering background (Node. Js is a must)
• Leadership experience
• Passion for coaching, influencing, and building team culture

Salary / Remuneration:

€65, 000 - €75, 000 + benefits
