Job Description:

Well-known social media company is seeking candidates to manage their posted content through various moderation activities.

• You will serve as a central point for moderating reports related to abuse and harassment among Virtual Reality users.
• You will develop solutions based on existing protocols, procedures, and instructions.
• You will manage all types of reports generated by users.
• Initially, you will actively contribute to providing excellent and proactive moderation concerning user behavior and Virtual Reality world rules.
• Attend and be available within scheduled rotations.
• Participate in roundtable discussions to discuss upcoming trends and provide feedback to the support team for trend clarification or action planning.
• Ensure compliance with all policies while managing egregious content, political speech, hate speech, and cultural discussions.
• Keep

• Fluency (C1+) in one Nordic language (Icelandic, Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish) and English (B2).
• Available to work in shifts.
• Maintain a high level of resilience to sensitive content.
• Hold at least a high school diploma or higher.
• Participate in wellness sessions.
• Contract type: Permanent.
