We’re looking for Norwegian speakers to join our multilingual team in sunny Lisbon, Portugal! If you're passionate about hospitality, tech, and creating great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Role:
- Provide 1st-line technical support to customers in the hospitality industry
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely, quickly, and effectively
- Help maintain system performance through diagnostic testing and
- solving - Educate users and empower them to resolve common issues independently
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Norwegian (C1-C2) and a strong level of English
- Strong
- solving and multitasking abilities - Previous experience in customer support (especially remote support)
- Background in network operations or hospitality tech is a bonus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic,
- driven environment
