What you'll do:

• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or
  - mail in the
  - sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Have a high level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
• Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
• Are available for rotating schedules.
• Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a sales representative.
• Strong compensation package (14 monthly payments per year plus bonus).
• Monthly meal allowance paid in voucher card (net).
