Responsibilities:

1. Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries

2. Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication

3. Build meaningful relationships by answering customer questions courteously, friendly, and professionally

4. Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

5. Create an exceptional customer experience that customers value and that we are proud of

6. Follow management directions and provide feedback

Requirements:

1. Native or proficient level of Norwegian (C2)

2. Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written

3. Excellent communication skills, including phone, listening, and writing skills

4. Analytical and
- solving skills with attention to detail

5. Desire to learn and grow, curiosity, and
- solving abilities

6. Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

7. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work
- site in Porto)
