Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Native Norwegian speaker with excellent communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑orientated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
