Norwegian Speaking Junior Customer Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
- Assist customers with
- related questions, troubleshooting, and general support. - Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex problems.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Native or C1 Norwegian speaker with excellent communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong
- solving abilities and a
- oriented approach. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
