Your main tasks

• Review customer conversations and ensure
  - quality standards.
• Share feedback, drive improvements and monitor performance trends.
• Create reports and communicate results clearly.
• Work together with QA teams and management to improve processes.
• Keep quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level.

Your profile

• Native/fluent Norwegian + good English (B2+).
• Previous experience in QA or Customer Service (min. 12 years).
• Excellent listening, analytical and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive and
  - focused.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit.
