Norwegian - Technical Support Specialist

In this role, you will assist customers with technical and
- related questions, providing
- quality support across various communication channels. You'll be part of a multicultural team in one of Europe's sunniest and safest cities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical assistance for software, hardware, and online services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure accurate case documentation.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with other technical teams.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian (C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Eager to live and work abroad and develop an international career.
